Auto dealers across the country are rolling up their sleeves and opening their checkbooks to support their communities.
Dolan Auto Group also provided 1,500 turkeys for Thanksgiving baskets distributed at Catholic Charities Food Pantries in Northern Nevada. Hendrick Automotive in Charleston, S.C. donated 1,000 meals to Lowcountry Food Bank in their decade-long, annual holiday food drive.
Jim Butler Auto Group stores are helping fight Missouri food insecurity by donating $50 for every car sold in November and December to Operation Food Search and the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri.
The Toyota Lexus Minority Owners Dealership Association (TLMODA), 26 dealerships across the nation, distributed more than 5,200 food boxes in the spring at participating dealerships in 17 states.
“Food security gives families peace-of-mind, helps kids focus on school and play, and ensures people won’t have to miss out on life’s most important moments like sharing a meal together during the holidays,” said Jim Butler Auto Group President and CEO Brad Sowers.
